I believe that massage and bodywork can create profound and positive changes in the way we feel, the way we move and the way we experience life.

I have studied and currently offer the following: Therapeutic Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymph Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Healing, Chakra and Aura Healing, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy-including Raindrop Therapy, Eden Energy Medicine, Herbal Compress Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha and Auricular Therapy.

Sessions are most often a blended treatment, using the different techniques I've studied in order to achieve effective and efficient results and healing.

Any modality I practice may also be given as a stand alone technique upon request.  

The most popular stand alone modalities are Reiki/Energy Medicine, CranioSacral Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage.

While my work delivers with a technical approach, sessions also have a strong energy medicine healing tone, as I'm intuitively led.

I have been practicing the healing arts for over 29 years. I began formal training in intensive and clinical Reiki at the age of 14, under the wing of  Sister Ann Winters (of the Sophia Center).  

 

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the Ohio State Medical Board.  I’m also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy.  I am a Reiki Master, CranioSacral Therapy practitioner and Energy Medicine healing facilitator.  I graduated from The American Institute of Alternative Medicine as well as The Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.

I maintain National Certification in Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and am a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).

The healing arts are, without a doubt, my life's theme and passion.
